Square Roots Hendon is a new 236‑home development in Barnet centred around low‑carbon, high‑efficiency heating. The scheme is supplied by 12 air‑source heat pumps, estimated to be three times more efficient than an equivalent gas‑based network, and is supported by the KURVE PAYG digital platform, delivered by Insite Energy.
